At present, I do not accept insurance. If you have an insurance plan, such as a PPO, a monthly receipt for services can be provided for you to submit for reimbursement. Depending on your insurance plan, insurance companies may reimburse 20-80% of the session fee.

Fees are due at the time of service so please bring your form of payment with you to session. Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted as payment options.
Clients will be responsible for the full fee in the event of a missed or cancelled appointment with less than 48 hours notice. Please be aware that insurance companies do not reimburse for cancelled or missed sessions and it is your responsibility to pay the fee in full.
